Before you write in, quick answers to common questions:

Delete your account or data — Profile → Delete my account, right in the app.
Forgot your password — use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.
Hide games at bedtime, or set a screen-time timer — the "For Grown-Ups" area on the home screen (behind a quick grown-up check).
A story or picture doesn't look right — tell us the book title and what happened; screenshots help a lot.
